Regular Request Model
Regular Request model is a pure outsourcing setup. Any request which comes from a client gets entertained by a Project Manager. This setup is more suitable for clients with irregular outsourced work-flow. The project is allocated to the available analyst upon the approval of project from the client.
Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Model
An FTE engagement has a fixed number of analysts available full time for executing the project requests sent by a client. The client has the flexibility of choosing the team of analysts from the set of analyst profiles provided to him.
Offshore Research Center (ORC) Model
An ORC setup offers a full time dedicated team comprising a Client Engagement Manager and research analysts. The team works on all the request sent by the client. The client has the flexibility of choosing the team of analysts from the set of analyst profiles provided to him.
An ORC engagement starts with an onsite visit of the team for an initial phase. During the visit the team works at client facility to understand their processes and get acquainted by their working style. Further, the team works from offshore location for the client.
